Their main requirement would be that they could, you know, see ghosts and stuff and be into great humiliation.
Though I like to think of myself more as a "guardian angel" type, most of the people willing to take a job for no money generally refer to my esteemed position in simpler forms. However, I'm not into people who make astrology charts. I do have my standards.
